Railgun/Railway still actively use?

Is Railgun/Railway wallet still actively being used? I'm not seeing much discussion or mention when I googled it. I saw the posting that says Vitalik is using it, but the latest one I saw was like a couple of months ago. Most of the postings are from a year or two ago. I'd like to start using it again, but it makes me a bit nervous when I don't see much activity or discussion about it. Am I just being paranoid? Also, does anyone happen to know whether they have their own forum or subreddit that I can access? Thanks everyone.
