Simplify Labs: no MiCA license yet? Here’s how you can still launch your crypto exchange in Europe

The MiCA transition period is coming to an end and crypto companies planning to operate in Europe face an increasingly short window to become compliant. For companies that have not yet obtained their own crypto-asset market authorization, the situation is no longer an issue for future planning. This is an immediate business risk.

Simplify Labs is hosting a live expert webinar on June 4, 2026 at 5:00 p.m. CET alongside attorneys Kvarn X and SBSB Fintech. The session will explain how crypto operators can legally and efficiently enter the European market without going through a full MiCA licensing process, using existing licensed entities via structured partnership and delegation models already actively used in the industry.

A practical route to entering the EU market before the deadline

The webinar will cover three main areas: operating under an existing MiCA-licensed entity through partnerships and delegations, launching a compliant exchange via white-label infrastructure, and meeting anti-money laundering, onboarding and reporting obligations that apply to all EU operators, regardless of their licensing route. The session will conclude with a live Q&A segment allowing attendees to ask specific questions directly to the panel.

Karym Abdelrakhman, CEO of Simplify Labs, will lead the infrastructure and go-to-market portions of the session, covering KYC and AML workflows, travel rule compliance, transaction monitoring, managing personal thresholds, and realistic timelines to achieve operational readiness before the deadline.

“The companies that will reach the European market in time are those that stop waiting for a perfect licensing outcome and start working with the compliant structures that currently exist,” Abdelrakhman said. “This webinar is designed to make these structures clear and actionable for operators who need to relocate.”

Joonas Jarvinen, co-founder of Kvarn

“There is real confusion in the market as to what is possible before holding your own MiCA license,” Abdelrakhman said. “We want each participant to come away from this session with a concrete picture of their legal options, their infrastructure needs, and a timeline they can actually take action on.”

Registration is free and open to founders, compliance officers, and product managers in the crypto and fintech industries. Full event details and registration are available on the official webinar page.
