. The weekly scale is what interests us at this point. We want turnaround confirmations in a timely manner. In the sense that Solana is starting to outperform BTC. For now, the MSB is holding, and currently the Higher Low as well. If the rise continues and hits a new higher high, then we have our super bullish alternate season confirmation.

Over the weekly period, Solana is still performing very well. We see $126 stopping this decline for now. But to return to the rise, the price would have to return to the moving averages. These remain resilient as long as they are above the current price. We now have a confluence between the MAs (50 and 100) and the $170 level. This is the first level we want the bulls to reclaim. And that’s entirely possible, as long as the SOLBTC relationship continues to go well for Solana. If not, then a test of the MA200 on this board can be expected.

Now, looking at the 1D chart, we easily notice why $170 is a key level. If it’s broken, then we have an MSB. The only difficulty might be that it is significantly higher than current prices. However, with the RSI bottoming for most of November, there is a real possibility of some sort of range forming. These MAs above are not the best sight to observe. The real uptrend may resume once recovered.

Completing today’s analysis on the 4-hour time frame, we can add $144 as the next low resistance on the time frame. These falling moving averages are ugly to look at. The bulls want to see them leveled and eventually reclaimed. This will be the first sign of a bottom forming. Solana Price could vary here for a while. But it would certainly be a painful sight for investors to see it fall below $100. As for traders, they wait for key levels and take positions when predefined conditions are met. Thus, being able to make money regardless of the market trend.
