The Genius Act, a historic bill to regulate stablecoins in the United States, could reach President Donald Trump’s office on July 7, with the Crypto Tsar David Sacks calling for digital assets next month.

The Republicans of the Chamber push to adopt the act of engineering alongside the Clarity Act, which defines how the various cryptographic assets should be regulated, and the two could be grouped into a single procedural vote, Bloomberg reportedquoting people familiar with the problem.

The legislation could reach Trump’s office from the week of July 7, history has indicated.

Sacks has teased legislative impulse in an article of June 27 on X, referring to an act of potential signature engineering and progresses on wider rules of cryptography.

“July will be a great month, with a bill signed for genius, and clarity going to the Senate!” He said.

Sacks says that Crypto will have a regulatory clarity by September

The law on engineering, officially called the law on national innovation law for American stables, relates specifically to stablecoins and establishes rules that transmitters will have to follow.

The Clarity Act relates more to the wider market of cryptography and seeks to define the different types of cryptographic assets.

In a Publish on x yesterdaySacks said that a bill on the structure of the cryptography market will be presented before the recess of August, and that the cryptographic community will finally have long awaited for cryptographic regulatory clarity by the end of September.

He thanked the president of the banking committee, Time Scott and the president of the digital asset subcommittee, the senator Lummis for having announced a clear calendar and a plan for the complete legislation of the structure of the cryptography market.

Trump urged Genius Act’s “Lightning Fast” approval

Shortly after the law on genius adopted the Senate, Trump took social truth and called For the “Lightning Fast” approval of the bill.

“Put it at my office as soon as possible,” he said. “No delays, no addition. It is the American sparkle to its best, and we will show the world how to win with digital assets like never before!”

Despite Trump’s calls for rapid approval, the leaders of the Chamber and the Chairman of the Financial Services Committee, French Hill, did not publicly commit to advance the bill.
