The SEC approved the proposal of Nyse Arca of Transition Ethereum Trust by Graycale and Ethereum Mini Trust, from non -generic approvals to the new generic registration framework.
This decision follows the adoption by the Commission of Rule 8.201-E (generic) earlier this month, which allows certain actions of trust based on raw materials to be registered without a case-by-case approval if they meet the defined requirements.
Since the SEC has approved this FNB under the new generic rule, gray levels can prepare to launch additional products by the same route, potentially targeting other funds that it manages for faster ETF approval.
Other transmitters should also closely monitor, as the frame could speed up announcements for waiting products such as ETF XRP and Solana offered.
