The founder of the billionaire Tron, Justin Sun, filed a complaint against Bloomberg, alleging that a recent history detailing his cryptocurrency participations puts him at risk of removal, flight and bodily injury.
Sun has filed a complaint against Bloomberg before the American District District Court, seeking to block the publication of what he calls highly confidential financial information.
In a press release, Sun’s representatives said that Bloomberg has “reckless and incorrectly revealed” very sensitive details and owners on its richness, including the quantities of certain cryptocurrencies it has.
He maintains that the publication of this information would cause him “significant and irreparable damage” financially and physically.
A judicial file describes the Sun as a “prosperous entrepreneur” in the blockchain industry, especially as a founder of Tron, a blockchain platform which has become one of the most active open networks in the world with more than 300 million accounts.

Bloomberg argued that blocking the article would violate press freedom, describing such rare such orders. The company also said that Sun would not win its assertions and that it had not promised him.
“Since the request only seeks to prevent the publication and that the publication occurred last night, the Tro demand is theoretical,” he said.
Justin Sun media dispute
The latter dispute adds to the history of Sun clashes with the media. In 2023, CEO Haussier Tom Farley, owner of Coindesk, withdrew an article on Sun after his team complained about his tone.
The story reported that Sun had eaten a banana that was part of a work of art from Maurizio Cattelan which he had bought for $ 6.2 million.
The deletion of the article from the Coindesk site led to the resignation of the editor -in -chief Matt Murray and, shortly after, Farley dismissed three other editors. The dispute was immutable for the Sun Tron is a sponsor of the flagship conference of Coindesk consensus.
