Tashkent, Ouzbékistan, May 13, 2025 – Uzbekistan should pilot a new token supported by assets, Humo, linked to state obligations. The project aims to create innovative methods to attract foreign investments, increase the transparency of financial transactions and establish an even more attractive investment environment.
The humo token will be supported by state bonds. This structure is intended to ensure price stability while minimizing speculative volatility – often a key concern for tokenized instruments.
It should be noted that the project is entirely in line with the legislative requirements of the Republic of Uzbekistan concerning the circulation of cryptographic assets.
Institutional anchors and technical foundations
The project is being developed with the support of several national and international partners. Humo, the payment system serving more than 35 million card holders and largely integrated into the banking and retail sectors of the country, will serve as the basis for the project. The vast integration of Humo with banks and traders naturally puts the token for mass adoption.
Technical development is spread out by Asterium, a local cryptography service provider, and Broxus, Blockchain infrastructure provider. The project should be launched according to two technologies – EVM and TVM. The technological foundation chosen for TVM is Tycho, a protocol that will guarantee high loads, scalability and profitable transactions. Tycho is built to support a high flow rate and low transaction costs, which is essential for potential use cases on the government level.
Beetles advantages: transparency, cost reduction and integration
The humo token aims to facilitate instant payments, reduce transaction costs and improve transparency by recording operations on a public blockchain. According to the headliners of the project, this can also help limit informal financial flows and improve the efficiency of payments without cash.
Alexey MAKSIMOV, president of HUMO, noted that the launch of the token supported by HUMO is an important step towards the construction of an innovative and modern financial system in Uzbekistan: “The creation of this token, entirely supported by real assets, will help to increase public confidence, to simplify transactions and to accelerate the development of the country’s fraud. the current environment. “”
Komilkhuzha Sultonov, director of Asterium, described the initiative as a step towards the integration of blockchain in daily financial processes: “The Humo token project lays the foundations for a new financial system. We create a solid infrastructure that incorporates modern technology into daily financial transactions, making interactions with crypto assets as a simple and routine that it would be with traditional actions. “
The founder of Broxus, Sergey Shashev, stressed the importance of an evolving and secure infrastructure: “We are delighted to see Broxus technologies contribute to a project of such a meaning for the government.
Our mission is to provide solutions that make digital transactions safe, accessible and transparent, and the Tycho blockchain can achieve it while maintaining high transaction speeds, low costs and reliability required by projects at this level. »»
Ahead
With a link with real assets, the Humo token can be used as a land for wider integration of the blockchain in the Uzbekistan financial system. In the future, the Blockchain platform created in this project could serve as a basis for the development of new digital services in Uzbekistan.
