Trump Media, the company supported by the American president’s family, has filed a Bitcoin and ETF ETF (Fund negotiated on the stock market), which deepened the consumer crypto.
The proposed FNB, now under official examination by the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), would allocate 75% of its assets in Bitcoin and 25% in Ethereum.
Actions would be negotiated on NYSE Arca, giving investors an exposure to the two largest cryptocurrencies without directly holding the assets.
The file underlines that the actions of the fund are not exact equivalents of the BTC and the ETH, but rather offer a “more familiar” path for investors in search of a regulated exposure in cryptography.
