President Donald Trump says that he has persuaded the Republican legislators who had withdrawn the support of the Act on Engineering to support legislation.
After meeting 11 of the 12 representatives of the oval office yesterday, Trump announced on Truth Social that they agreed to vote in favor of the Genius Act, the Clarity Act and the Anti-CBDC Surveillance Act.
The voting of the room, initially delayed, has now been reprogrammed for noon today. The Act on Engineering is officially known as the Guiding and Italing Innovation for US Stablecoins Act.

TD Cowen’s policy, Ahalyst Jaret SEIBERG, said in a note yesterday to customers that the company expects that the law of engineering adopts “because Trump pushes for its promulgation”.
“Our opinion is that the members of House Freedom Caucus will strengthen the president’s request even if they oppose accepting the version of the Senate of the Bill,” said SEIBERG.

Lack of CBDC prohibit the main reason for the faulty vote
The main reason for the assistance drawn was concerns about the absence of a “hard ban” on the digital currencies of the Central Bank (CBDC). “The Genius Act does not follow the decree of President Trump because he does not prohibit a CBDC,” said Republican Marjorie Taylor Green in a post X.
This week, the Chamber votes on the genius law which sets the foundations for a digital central layer in layers (CBDC) where Americans interact with stablecoins but behind the scenes, there are the functional surveillance capacities of a CBDC.

“It shouldn’t be tolerated,” she added.
Another reason for failed vote is that several legislators want to combine the act of engineering with the other two bills, the president of the Mike Johnson Chamber would have said.
