In recent years, Trump, formerly cryptographic skeptical, has started to present himself as the most friendly in chief in American history and has prompted Congress to approach the question on the campaign campaign. The president, who launched his own Crypto-Mesme piece earlier this year, recently said that he was a “crypto fan” and called him a “very powerful industry” that the United States “dominated”.
“I promised that we bring back American freedom and leadership and that we would do in the United States the world capital of cryptography. And this is what we did under the Trump administration,” he said during the signing.
Stablecoins are cryptocurrencies that have their value linked to a stable asset like the US dollar. The law on engineering allows banks and other entities to more easily issue these parts and should increase public confidence in assets and increase industry as a whole.
Traditionally, buyers use their personal bank accounts to buy a stablecoin, then use stablecoin to exchange for another type of more volatile crypto, like Bitcoin or something else.
“Our years of work diligent at the Congress to bring the clarity of the stables of payment reached a historic turning point. President Trump called on the Congress to send him historical legislation to his office by August, and we have delivered,” said Republican representative French Hill, the chairman of the Chamber’s Financial Services Committee, in a press release.

The bill was adopted following an impasse among the republicans of the House after stalling for nine hours before it appears at a debate.
Although many Democrats, including the leaders of the Chamber, supported the bill, some have expressed their concern that the bill does not prevent civil servants from pushing their personal documents and taking advantage of anonymous transactions.
Democratic representative Maxine Waters, classification member of the Chamber’s Financial Services Committee, criticized the bill, pointing a business with links with the Trump family which recently launched its own stablecoin and could benefit from the currency more widely used.
A company associated with the Trump family holds a 60% stake in World Liberty Financial, a cryptographic company, which launched USD1, a stablecoin fixed to the US dollar this spring.

Trump’s image is everywhere on the company’s website, which once nicknamed it “Chief Crypto Advocate” and has since changed its title into “Emeritus Co-founder”.
“The unstable act creates the appearance of a federal framework for stablecoins, but it does not provide the federal government with full authority it needs,” Waters said on Thursday before the vote.
World Liberty Financial declared in a previous statement to ABC News that it is “a private company without links to the American government”.
Trump and his family have fully immersed themselves on the cryptocurrency market, not only developing the room even $ Trump, but also a bitcoin extraction company and a crypto reserve.
The White House insisted that there is no conflict of interest in cryptographic companies, declaring that Trump’s assets are in a trust managed by his children.

It will take a while before the public sees the changes described in the bill. After Trump has signed the law, federal regulators have six months to find specific regulations.
The Chamber has also adopted the Clarity Act, a set of market structures which establishes the rules for assets which are supervised by the Commission for Securities or Basic Products which are regulated by the Future Trading Commission commodities. This measure is now going to the Senate.
