Main to remember

What is the strength of the fundamentals Aave now?

Income rose to $ 192 million with a share of 55%, supported by $ 28.4 billion in active loans.

What signals show the Aave prices?

Token exchanged $ 292, down 2%, with an escape probably if loan demand and income dynamics persist.

Aave (Aave) has shown solid signs of renewal of borrowers’ income dynamics on the Ethereum (ETH) network recently.

According to data from the TOKEN terminal, revenues from the Aave sur Ethereum protocol increased to $ 192 million, with a 55%loan market.

The last weekly execution rate reflected $ 3.08 million, reporting constant growth in user activity.

Borrowing activity stimulates growth

The real story lies in Aave’s loan book.

Active loans on the protocol have exceeded $ 28 billion, pursuing an upward trend that is built regularly in recent months.

Historically, the increase in borrowing demand has resulted in higher protocol income because users pay costs that strengthen the financial fundamentals of Aave.

This increase also signals a broader momentum through the Ethereum DEFI ecosystem.

The expansion of loan activity strengthens the opinion that investors are moving more and more to decentralized finances on centralized lenders.

More loans generally mean stronger incomes and growing confidence in DEFI protocols.

Price action still to catch up

Interestingly, the price of Aave has not reflected the sharp increase in income from the protocol.

The token exchanged in a slow range, its prices decreasing by 2% in the last 24 hours, at the time of the press, leaving a gap between fundamentals and feeling of investors.

The price has tested a confluence of a request zone nearly $ 290 and an upward trend line.

That said, such gaps between fundamentals and prices have rarely persisted.

Either the enthusiasm around the token could make up for the growth of Aave’s income, or the momentum in the loan activity could cool.

For the moment, the fundamentals seemed stronger than price action. If the loan request was greater than $ 28 billion, Aave could prepare for an escape in the coming weeks.
