Unibase (UB) saw renewed buyer interest after surging 17.76% over the past 24 hours, bringing its price down to $0.1459 at press time.
Trading volume also increased by 36.52% to $15.36 million, showing that new participation accompanied the latest advance rather than low liquidity.
This price rise follows a period of steady recovery from the July lows, during which buyers gradually regained control after defending key support.
However, the latest rally also placed UB directly below an important resistance zone near $0.150. This level previously rejected several advances, making it an immediate obstacle for the bulls.
Why did leverage revert to UB?
Derivatives traders also increased their exposure, with Open Interest climbing 17.90% to $41.35 million.
Furthermore, trading volume on derivatives markets jumped 131.77% and reached $114.66 million, confirming that speculative participation accelerated alongside spot purchases.
This combination suggests that new capital has entered the futures markets instead of traders simply rotating existing positions. As a result, bullish conviction strengthened in both markets during the rally.
However, the rise in open interest also implied that leverage continued to approach resistance, increasing the likelihood of larger price swings if traders quickly adjusted their positions.
Even so, the simultaneous rise in prices, spot activity, and futures participation reflects stronger sentiment than rallies driven by leverage alone.

Punctual outflows made it possible to control the foreign exchange supply
Spot flow data continued to support the broader recovery narrative despite the recent price surge. Net flows recorded a negative $139.67k on July 27, indicating that more UB exited exchanges than entered.
This trend reduced immediate sales pressure on exchanges, as holders preferred to move tokens away from trading venues rather than preparing them for sale.
Although the latest capital outflows remained modest compared to previous peaks, they remain consistent with the improvement in market structure observed throughout July.
Buyers also absorbed available supply without triggering unusually large FX inflows. As a result, foreign exchange balances remained relatively contained while demand strengthened.
This combination reinforced the idea that Spot participants supported the rally rather than actively distributing their holdings.

Can UB finally reclaim higher strength?
Unibase approached the key resistance at $0.150 after extending its recovery from the July low near $0.0665. The daily chart showed buyers consistently printing higher lows before challenging overhead resistance again.
The RSI climbed to 66.90 while remaining below the overbought threshold, reflecting strengthening buying strength without signaling exhaustion.
This indicator also remained above its moving average near 55.47, confirming that buyers remained in control in the near term.
A decisive close above $0.150 would likely expose the next major resistance around $0.200. However, failure of this breakout attempt could encourage profit-taking towards the first support at $0.1139.
If selling pressure intensifies beyond this level, price will likely return to the stronger demand zone around $0.0665 before another attempt at a sustainable recovery develops.

Final summary
- UB attracted stronger buying interest as currency outflows continued, limiting immediate selling pressure.
- Rising open interest and improving RSI have placed $0.150 as the next decisive breakout level.
