We are delighted to announce that Kraken now supports the deposits and withdrawals of the USD (USDC) part on Sonic!

Funding

Funding for the USDC via Sonic is already live. You can transfer USDC to your Kraken account by sailing to financing, selecting USDC and choosing the deposit method (network) in the drop -down box: Sonic.

Make sure to put your tokens down in networks supported by Kraken. The deposits made using other networks will be lost.

Here is some additional information on these assets::

USDC (USDC)

The USDC offers a digital bridge between traditional and decentralized financial ecosystems. The USDC aims to offer the stability of the US dollar with the speed and accessibility of digital currency. As a exchange stand for confidence in the digital field, the USDC aims to provide an individual conversion between traditional and digital dollars.

SONIC (s)

Sonic is a high -speed blockchain, compatible with EVM, with layer 1 designed to offer fast, secure and decentralized performance. As a Fantom evolution, Sonic aims to resolve the blockchain trilemma with a raised finality of a second and a high flow. With the interoperability of Integrated Ethereum and a versatile native gain used (s) used for staking, governance and costs, Sonic offers a rationalized base for evolutionary and new generation decentralized applications.

Please note:

  • Trading via the Kraken application and instant purchase will be available once the liquidity conditions met (When a sufficient number of buyers and sellers have entered the market so that their orders are effectively adapted).
  • Geographic restrictions can apply

Does Kraken be more active as available?

Yes! But our policy is not to reveal any detail that shortly before launch – including the assets we are considering. All Kraken’s available tokens can be found here, and all future tokens will be announced on our roadmap and social media profiles. Our customer engagement specialists cannot answer any questions about the assets that we could make available in the future.
