World mobileThe connectivity company fueled by the blockchain has classified as the sixth blockchain worldwide by daily active users, the spectrum database of the first spectrum of Mozambique TV White Space (TVWS) announced on Tuesday in partnership with the Instituto Nacional de Comicações de Moçambique (INCM).
The database will allow Mozambique to dynamically manage unused television distribution frequencies, opening a path to low -cost services at low cost in poorly served rural and peri -urban areas.
The incm will now oversee operations, while World Mobile supports knowledge transfer and training to accelerate adoption.
“By adopting innovative tools such as TV White Space, Mozambique can accelerate a safe and effective expansion of large -band services,” said Helena FernandesPresident of the INCM.
WORLD MOBILE regulatory business president, Mike NxeleAdded: “This shows how regulators and innovators can associate to unlock the spectrum and allow new services.”
The milestone comes while World Mobile continues to develop its global footprint.

The company said that with more than two million registered users, its decentralized physical infrastructure network (TPO) is now one of the most used telecommunications platforms.
Operating on a sharing economy model, the network allows individuals and communities to execute nodes, connect users and earn rewards.
Industry analysts claim that the TVWS initiative positions Mozambique as a test field on how emerging markets can take advantage of the blockchain -based infrastructure to fill in connectivity gaps.
Traditional telecommunications deployments often vacillate in regions with sparse populations and high investment costs, while the underused spectrum such as TVWS offers a more profitable alternative.
The database allows service providers to request access to TVWS in specific regions, with guarantees in place to prevent interference with the distribution services in place.
The incm will monitor the use to align with national policy objectives, while the role of World Mobile in design and deployment underlines how blockchain companies exceed financial services to basic digital infrastructure.
