Your salary account. Your Romanian IBAN. Your money, earned from day one.

A German IBAN that works like a local IBAN

Your Krak virtual IBAN starts with DE and runs on SEPA, the same infrastructure used by employers, landlords and utility providers across Europe. Pay rent, electricity, subscriptions and insurance in Romania, or send money to friends and freelancers. It evolves on the same rails as any large German bank.

EUR transfers arrive the same day via SEPA. No waiting windows, no vague deadlines. And if you split your finances between Romania and the UK, GBP transfers move natively, without forced conversion.

Salary Match: earn up to €3,000 per year just by getting paid

Most accounts don’t give you anything to receive your salary into your account. Krak offers you up to 1% back every month, automatically, with no expiration date.¹

At €3,000/month, that’s €30 off.
At €5,000/month, €50 reimbursed.
At €9,000/month, €90 reimbursed.

The ceiling is €250/month, €3,000/year. A monthly salary of €5,000 can generate up to €1,200 in Salary Match over two years, before a single purchase.

How it works

No request, no approval:

  1. Check your account details in the app
  2. Share your IBAN with your employer or payroll provider
  3. Any salary received during the calendar month is eligible
  4. Rewards are credited at the beginning of the following month

To find your IBAN: open Krak → tap Receive → tap Bank.

2% cash back on every purchase

The Krak Card earns 2% in EUR or BTC on all spending.²³ No category limits. No rotating structures. No annual fees.

Combined with Salary Match, the numbers add up quickly. With €2,000 in monthly expenses and €5,000 in salary, you are looking at €90/month, or €1,080 over the year without changing the way you live.

Earn up to 8% APY at Vaults

Park your balance in Krak Vaults and earn up to 8% APY on USD.⁴ Rewards accumulate continuously. No minimum, no blocking.

  • German virtual IBAN on SEPA rails

Set it up once. Get paid. Let it get worse.

Electronic money services are provided by PIL and spot trading services are provided by PESL.

3 The rate depends on the average of assets held at Krak, Kraken and Kraken Pro. Geographic restrictions and General conditions apply. See Help Center for more information.
