Tokenized stocks had already started to gain traction before Solana recently strengthened its lead in on-chain equity markets.
Retail participation also accelerated as lower fees and faster settlement lowered barriers to accessing global stocks.
Solana’s tokenized shareholders then climbed to approximately 192,100 wallets, representing almost 64% of the total cross-chain stake. Growth also accelerated sharply after November 2025 before reaching new highs in May 2026 amid increasing adoption.

Meanwhile, BNB Chain remained near around 63,200 holders, while Ethereum (ETH) remained closer to 36,800 due to slower network activity. This growing lead increasingly reflects how users prefer faster execution and cheaper transfers in active trading conditions.
However, tokenized stocks still represent a very small share of the broader traditional financial markets around the world.
If adoption continues to rise steadily, Solana could solidify its role as a growing gateway for real-world tokenized financial assets.
