Ripple CEO Brad Garlinghouse will testify Wednesday morning before the American Senate banks committee during a complete audience of the committee entitled “Wall Street to Web3: Building Digital Asset Markets” in Tomorrow.
“I am honored to be invited to testify before the Senate Banking Committee this Wednesday on the need to pass the legislation on the structure of the cryptographic market,” confirmed Garlinghouse on X on Monday.
Garlinghouse will attend the audience alongside other industry leaders, notably Summer Mersinger, the CEO of the Blockchain Association, the CEO of Chainalysis Jonathan Levin and Dan Robinson de Paradigm.

The audience will be supervised by the president of the Senate Banking Gop, Tim Scott, as well as the Senators Cynthia Lummis and Ruben Gallego, who direct the subcommittee of digital assets. It will focus on the legislation proposed on the structure of the cryptographic market, including bills such as the law on engineering and the law on clarity, as well as managers for digital assets.
The Stablecoin Genius bill and the Clarity digital asset market bill are in advanced legislative phase, having erased the key votes of the committee and the soil. The two bills are part of a broader thrust to modernize the regulation of American digital assets.
“Constructive legislation on the structure of the cryptography market in the United States is imperative to cause a new era of innovation and financial opportunities, while protecting consumers,” said Garlinghouse.
