Washington, DC – American senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MASS.), Classification member of the Senatorial Banks, Housing and Urban Affairs Committee, published the following declaration:
“The production of a new cryptographic regulatory regime requires legislation that can adopt both the Chamber and the Senate. I presented a framework of legislation in July, and today, more democrats published their framework for legislation on the structure of the cryptographic market. So far, instead of working with the United States, the Republicans have produced two supporters. Succeed in adopting a new law, the majority must publicly share the comments of the stakeholders and work with the Democrats on strong bipartite legislation which responds to the real and serious concerns of their current proposals written by the industry. »»
